The characteristic markers of Caroni: petroliferous notes, or even tar. Often we also find in them this complexity which is the hallmark of great rums: floral, fruity notes.

This bottle is a good illustration of this: distilled in 1997, this rum waited until 2021, i.e. 23 years, before being exhumed and appearing in full light. An aging that was carried out in a tropical and then continental climate.
A Single Cask grading at 51.1° which reserves an incomparable tasting pleasure for those who will have the chance to taste it.
